This weight training class is for women who are ready to move on from basic, foundational exercises to slightly tougher progressions. The instructor will go over more advanced exercises such as unilateral exercises, and incorporate more equipment such as cables, to ensure your exercises intensify your workouts and challenge you in your fitness journey. You must have taken a weight training program at our centre, or be familiar with how to use our machines for basic exercises. 6 students maximum. PAR-Q and consent forms can be found at our front desk or on our website at https://falsecreekcc.ca and must be completed before participation. Program fee includes admission to the fitness centre.
