Birthday Parties
(2-8 yrs)
This party is best suited for children from 2 to 8 years old. Once children arrive they have one hour in the gym, then go back to the party room for cake, food (nut-free) and drinks (brought by the participant). *Please Note: No time adjustments or 3rd party vendors can be accommodated.
This party includes:
1-2 party attendants to assist with set up, clean up, and supervising equipment.
There is use of tables and chairs for eating in the party room. The mini gym provides ride-on cars, climbing apparatus, and play mats, a medium-sized bouncy castle is available by purchasing the party package add-on
Please note:
Staff are not responsible for running games or other activities.
Food (nut-free), drinks, and/or cutlery for children and adults to be brought by participants.
Schedule
• Set-up time: 12:30pm-1:00pm
• Party starts: 1:00pm
• Play/Gym time in the Mini Gym: 1:00pm-2:00pm.
• Party Room: 2:00pm-3:00pm.
• Party ends: 3:00pm.
• Party clean up: 3:00pm-3:30pm
Must fill out False Creek Birthday Party Agreement below and email it to: falsecreekbirthdays@vancouver.ca No later than 2 weeks before the party booking.

Sportball Birthday Party
(2-10 yrs)
Sportball offers high-energy, action-packed birthday parties for kids. Kids enjoy a variety of sports and supervised games in a fun, structured and safe environment; festivities finish off with a traditional birthday celebration. The kids will need to catch their breath before they blow out their candles! Parties include 60 minutes of activities followed by 60 minutes of birthday celebrations with the coach. Patrons are required to pay in full at the time of registration. Parent participation mandatory.
Inclusions: Sportball leader, gymnasium, tables, chairs.
Exclusions: decorations, table settings (plates, cutlery, cups, etc), snacks, food or beverages.
Regular birthday party refund policy applies. Max. 15 kids with 1 coach, up to 20 kids with 2 coaches.
