In this hands on Village Vancouver Fairview – False Creek South Neighborhood Food Network workshop with Amy Weeks, learn how to make your own delicious sauerkraut at home using a mason jar. Each person will get a jar to take home to ferment. You’ll learn how lacto-fermentation works, the stages of the process, how to tell when it’s ready and what to look out for along the way. Fee includes cost of all materials. For Seniors 50 and over, $8 materials fee only. Registration only. No drop ins.
