Private Piano Lessons – Beginner 5-54

Gail Craig holds an ARCT from the Royal Conservatory of Music; an ALCM in Performing, Teaching and Accompanying as well as an A. Mus. in Theory in addition to an LLCM in Teaching from the London College of Music; a LTCL from Trinity College; AVCM from the Victoria Conservatory of Music and an A. Mus. from Western Board. She has won numerous scholarships. She has been teaching piano since the age of 14 and maintains a busy private teaching studio in Vancouver. She has previously adjudicated the Abbotsford, Bowen Island, Burnaby Clef, Chancellor, Chilliwack Lions Club, Coquitlam, Courtney, Sechelt, North Shore, South Fraser, and Greater Victoria Music Festivals. She also holds an Early Childhood Education License and regularly provides general music classes to children and parents at various centers and preschools in the Vancouver area. Her piano classes objective is on nurturing the love of music, focus on the process of learning and understanding the messages of musical notation, how to be problem solvers, independent learners, how to communicate using music, setting short and long term goals and seeing their successes.
