Kimchi

In this Village Vancouver Fairview – False Creek South Neighborhood Food Network workshop with Amy Weeks, participants will learn to make fresh kimchi that can be enjoyed the next day or stored in the refrigerator to continue fermenting. Fee includes cost of all materials. Only $11 materials fee for seniors (50+). Part of our 10th Annual Westside Food Festival (May 19-July 11).
