Candlelit Restorative Yoga w/ Kendra

A class of deep relaxation, emphasizing stillness and comfort, this practice will have you opening up and releasing into the support of yoga props. Featuring passive stretching, guided meditation and breathwork practice, strengthening connection between mind, body, and breath. Modifications and guided use of props will be provided.
