This class is a slow paced meditative practice, that works deep into our body’s connective tissues with long passive holds in gentle, releasing yoga poses. Restoring the energy flow within our body and increasing circulation, flexibility, joint mobility and relaxation. All levels of yoga are welcome. Modifications and guided use of props, breathwork and meditation will be provided. Drop-in $17, if space permits. No class April 22.
