Coptic Bookbinding (19+ yrs)
Coptic is an Ancient Egyptian technique for binding a book that requires no glue or paste. Its strength is proven when you flip the pages onto itself (like a sketchbook) and it refuses to weaken. Japanese Bookbinding (19+ yrs)
To this day, stab binding is used in Japan to bind books. Scholars still bind their writings and notes in soft cover materials.
