This Purna yoga early morning class sets you up for the day. It will help sore backs, tight muscles and stiff spines. We will do hip openers, shoulder strengtheners, and improve your core strength as well as settle your nervous system. During each class we meditate, cultivate breath control, strengthen, open and relax using alignment based yoga. All levels welcome. Please register for the full series. $17.14 drop in, if space permits.
