You will be responsible for teaching or guiding Sea Kayaking at Beginner or Intermediate level. You will possess the ability to teach in a relaxed, clear and confident manner to a variety of participants and demographics. As well as having strong communication, decision making, logistical, and organizational skills, you have the ability to remain calm, think clearly and act quickly in case of an emergency. This is a casual position and flexibility is required. Programs are typically during weekend mornings with possibility of weekday evenings. Hours of work per week are dependent on the waterfront program schedule and registration numbers.
