Choose to Move s a FREE 3-month program for older adults who are inactive and wishing to become more active. Choose to Move is not a fitness class or movement class. It is a motivational coaching program where you will meet with an Activity Coach and other participants to discuss ways to incorporate more physical activity into your life.
