Creative Hatha Yoga w/ Hana (19+ yrs) Hatha classes are great for improving focus, breathing, circulation, digestion, and flexibility. Many students say they feel more relaxed after class and sleep better at night. Classes begin with a short grounding exercise, followed by a variety of poses, and finishing with a relaxing savasana. Keep your body limber and come do yoga! Beginners welcome. Registration only. No drop-ins. It is encouraged to bring your own equipment such as mats, blocks, straps, blankets, etc. (If required for the program).
