Morning Fit: A balanced workout emphasizing cardiovascular health, step & low impact conditioning, resistance training, stretching and body alignment.
Zoomerfit: Moderate cardio, free weights, and gentle stretching for the zesty, zippy, pre/present/post boomer in you.
Core Control: Functional fitness & body alignment using your own body’s resistance and a variety of equipment. (No cardio).
Latin Fit: A fun moderate cardio and toning class using mainly Latin rhythms and moves that leaves you feeling energized, stronger and flexible.

Faydra Flow Hoop Dance Level 1 & 2

Faydra Flow Hoop Dance – Level 1 (Beginner) (19+ yrs)
Come dance with us! In this class we will learn basic hoop dance moves, tricks (both on and off body), and short dance sequences. This class you will love, if you want to try hooping for the first time, or if you recently started on your hoop dance journey. Hoop dance is a new form of creative movement and low-impact exercise hosted in a fun, positive environment. Bring your own hoop or use one provided. $12.10 drop in, if space permits.

Have you been hula hooping for some time and are now looking to improve your skills and to challenge yourself? Then this class is for you. We will learn unique hoop dance tricks, combination moves and dance sequences both on and off body.
